TrustCasting Social Terms
Last Updated: October 26, 2026
What these terms cover
These terms are between TrustCasting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("TrustCasting," "we," "us"), and the firm that reserves an area or signs up for TrustCasting Social ("you," "your firm").
Sections 2 through 4 apply as soon as you reserve an area. The rest apply once you tell us to go ahead after your first week of videos. The person reserving or signing up confirms they're authorized to agree for the firm.
These terms apply to TrustCasting Social only. Other TrustCasting services have their own terms. The Terms of Service on our website cover use of the website itself. Where the two conflict on TrustCasting Social, these terms control.
Reserving your area
Reserving costs nothing and takes no payment or credit card.
When you reserve, you pick your practice area and your Local Market Area (see Section 9). To hold it, book a call within 24 hours. Once your call is booked, your area is held for 10 days, and the call can be any day in that window.
If you don't book a call within 24 hours, or the 10 days run out without a call, the hold is released. Your firm can reserve that same area again after 7 days, if it's still open.
The call
On the call, we talk about your practice and where you want to take it, and together we answer three questions:
Is this going to save you time?
Is it going to bring in more of the clients you want?
Is it going to put more money in your pocket?
If we can't answer all three with a yes, we don't go ahead, and you owe nothing.
Your free first week
If all three answers are yes, we schedule one 45 minute virtual interview and make your first week of videos at no charge. You see the full week and how it would be posted.
If you love it, tell us to go ahead and we start posting. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep those videos and you don't pay anything.
The free first week is offered once per firm.
The service
TrustCasting Social turns your interviews into short and long videos, writes the captions and the text that helps people find them, and posts them to your accounts on up to six platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and your Google Business Profile.
What your plan includes (number and type of videos, how often they post, and whether directed advertising is included) is as shown on our website when you sign up, or as agreed on your call.
Interviews. You sit for one 45 minute virtual interview about every three or four weeks. If you miss or skip an interview, we'll repurpose content from your earlier interviews so your posting continues and you don't run out. Your price stays the same. Missed interviews don't earn a discount or credit.
Directed advertising. If your plan includes it, a small amount of advertising is part of your price. We decide the amount and where it runs. If you want more, we'll agree on it separately, and that spend is billed separately.
One-time projects and in-house setups (a set number of videos, a short run of months, videos only for your team to post, or setting the whole thing up to run inside your firm) are quoted and agreed separately.
Your accounts
You connect your social accounts so we can post to them. They stay yours. You can disconnect any account at any time, and we'll stop posting to it. When your service ends, we stop posting and you can remove our access.
Reviewing your videos
You can look at any video, any time. We stay at least a week ahead, so you always see what's coming.
If you see one you don't want, tell us or remove it from the queue, and it won't post. If you want a video that's already posted taken down from your accounts, tell us and we'll take it down.
Who owns the videos
Once a video is paid for, it's yours. We transfer all of our rights in it to your firm. Videos from your free first week are yours too, whether or not you go ahead.
We keep a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free right to use any of your videos, in whole or in part, along with your name, your firm's name and your likeness as they appear in them, in our own marketing.
Your Local Market Area
Your Local Market Area is the city people name when they look for a lawyer. For example, Los Angeles, Pasadena and Riverside are each their own area.
While your service is active, we won't provide TrustCasting Social to another firm in your practice area in your Local Market Area. This covers TrustCasting Social only. It doesn't cover other TrustCasting services unless you've signed up for those too.
When your service ends, your area opens up and another firm in your practice area can take it.
Billing
Billing starts the day you tell us to go ahead after your first week, and repeats monthly on that date, to the payment method you give us.
Your service is month to month, with no long-term contract. Your price doesn't change while your service stays active. Payments are not refundable once billed.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime by emailing support@trustcasting.com before your next billing date. You won't be billed again, and we'll finish the month you've paid for. Your Local Market Area opens up the day you cancel.
Your content and your profession's rules
You agree to give us accurate information in your interviews. The videos are educational, built from the questions your clients already ask you.
You know your state's rules best, so reviewing your videos under your state bar's advertising rules (or your profession's rules) is your responsibility. You can pull any video before it posts.
Results
We'll show you how your videos are performing. We don't promise any number of views, impressions, calls, clients or revenue.
Things we don't control
Social platforms change their rules, their reach and their algorithms, and they can limit or suspend accounts. Outages and other events beyond our reasonable control can also delay posting. We're not responsible for these, but we'll work to keep your posting on track.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Law and changes
Wyoming law governs these terms. We'll email you at least 14 days before any change to these terms takes effect for your firm.
